Investment in a complex of 6 luxury villas, 5 of which are currently under construction.
Condo/Hotel Apartments
1) Rum Point Area: 6 units that make up the entire first floor of the most significant development currently being completed in the Rum Point area.
2) Seven Mile Beach Area: 2 units located in a luxury complex on the island's most important beach. This project is still in its initial development phase.
Luxury Tourism Reservation Management
Our island-based reservation subsidiary provides services for a portfolio of 20+ luxury villas owned by third parties. In 2019, we are adding at least 30+ additional units to the portfolio managed by this subsidiary.
